Dating Stage - going out with a friend
Dating comes after friendships. This is the stage where you start to go out with the friends you made at the friendships stage. You can say it is really still a continuation of the friendships stage because going out on dates helps you get to observe and know more about people in environments they can’t control.
Let me say here that when people don’t date their friends, invariably, it becomes too late to really get to know their partners. If you don’t date your friends, you are in for a lot of surprises and many of them may not be pleasant!
Now, dating is not courtship. When you are dating, there are no strings attached. You may go out with someone today and decide you don’t ever want to go out with that friend again. If you enjoyed the date then you want to go out again.
